Who operates WOLKIS
WOLKIS is operated by Primeshield Software Trading L.L.C, licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Trade Licence 1413480. The company is based in Empire Heights Tower A, Business Bay, Dubai, and works across all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
We are not an overseas platform localised for this region. The compliance logic is written against the documents UAE inspectors actually use, and each report is built to be handed to the authority that asks for it.
What we do
We replace paper compliance logs with continuous measurement and automatically generated reports. Five modules run on one platform:
- Restaurant HACCP — continuous fridge, freezer and hot-holding temperature monitoring, with the HACCP log generated for inspection.
- Building indoor air quality — CO₂, PM2.5, TVOC, temperature and humidity, with an IAQ compliance report.
- Pool compliance — continuous pH, ORP, free chlorine and temperature instead of a twice-daily test kit.
- Legionella Watch — water-system temperature monitoring as operational evidence between inspections.
- Vape & Smoke Guard — privacy-first detection for school and hospitality restrooms. No cameras, no audio recording.

How we publish evidence
Compliance claims are easy to make and hard to check, so we publish measurement instead of adjectives. Our Field Data series puts first-party telemetry in public — method, numbers, exceedances and limitations included. The first entry covers 97 days and 20,640 readings from an instrumented installation in Dubai, where daily-mean PM2.5 fell from 25.5 to 11.3 µg/m³ after a single HVAC filter change.
We also publish what the platform does not do. WOLKIS does not measure Legionella CFU/L and does not replace accredited laboratory sampling where regulation requires it; it is not intended for operating rooms, ICUs or sterile compounding areas.
